Tests the bot ping.
Cooldown:
60 seconds channel
Max usage:
No limit!
Runs a few quick tests to test Yuri's connection to the current channel, the Discord API and the database.
All tests return a time result measured in milliseconds.
If command run inside a guild, an aditional test for the connection to the specific shard the guild is in is done.
