Generate a fake custom Steam gift.

user- User to make the gift sender. -

message- Gift message. (500 char limit or 5 lines)
Permissions:
For the generated image to be sent in chat this command requires Attach Files permission.
A custom Steam gift generator.
Allows you to define the user who sent the gift along with the mini gift message that shows with the gift.
